Dickerson Collective is pleased to offer memo privileges to qualified interior designers, stylists, set decorators, collectors, dealers, and resale businesses. Our memo program allows approved trade partners to temporarily borrow select merchandise for client presentations, installations, photoshoots, staging, and resale consideration.
Eligibility
To participate in our Memo Program, applicants must:
- Provide a valid resale certificate or business license
- Complete a Memo Application
- Maintain a valid credit card on file
- Receive approval from Dickerson Collective management
Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Dickerson Collective.
Memo Period
- Standard memo term is 7 calendar days.
- Extensions may be granted upon request and approval.
- Merchandise must be returned by the agreed return date.
Processing Fee
A non-refundable $25 processing fee applies to each memo transaction. For high-value merchandise or after $300.00 a refundable security deposit is required.
Merchandise Responsibility
All memo merchandise remains the property of Dickerson Collective until purchased in full.
The borrower assumes full responsibility for all items while in their possession, including transportation, storage, handling, and display.
Any item that is:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Damaged
- Altered
- Modified
- Sold without notification
will be charged at the full retail price.
Returns
All memo merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Items showing excessive wear, damage, missing components, or alterations may be refused and charged in full.
Purchase of Memo Items
Items retained beyond the agreed memo period may automatically be converted to a sale and charged to the credit card on file at the full retail price.
Exclusions
Certain merchandise may not be eligible for memo, including:
- Fine art
- Specialty collections
- Fragile items
- One-of-a-kind pieces
- High-value inventory
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Right of Refusal
Dickerson Collective reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke memo privileges at any time and for any reason.
