Welcome to Dickerson Collective. We are a curated collection of vintage clothing, furniture, art, lighting, décor, and one-of-a-kind finds. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our policies below.

Appointment Only

Tuesday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Appointments are recommended to ensure personalized service and access to our collection.

Bag Check-In Policy

To help protect our unique inventory and provide a secure shopping experience for all guests, Dickerson Collective operates a mandatory bag check system.

Upon arrival, all handbags, backpacks, tote bags, shopping bags, and oversized personal bags must be checked at the front desk.

Guests will receive a claim ticket for each checked bag. Bags will only be returned upon presentation of the corresponding claim ticket.

While shopping, guests may use a complimentary Dickerson Collective shopping bag or basket provided by the store.

For security purposes, personal bags are not permitted on the sales floor.

Small wallets, medical necessities, and essential personal items may be exempt at management’s discretion.

By entering the premises, guests agree to comply with this policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
  • Store credit may be issued at management discretion.
  • All artwork, furniture, vintage items, sale items, discounted merchandise, custom orders, and special-order items are final sale.

Furniture & Large Item Pick-Up

Purchased furniture and large items must be picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Storage fees may apply to items left beyond the agreed pick-up period.

Hold Policy

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we cannot guarantee holds without payment or a deposit.

Condition of Merchandise

Many items offered by Dickerson Collective are vintage, antique, handmade, or one-of-a-kind. Signs of age, wear, repairs, and imperfections are often part of an item’s character and history.

We encourage customers to inspect all merchandise carefully before purchase.

Children

Children are welcome but must remain supervised at all times due to fragile inventory and furniture displays.

Damaged Merchandise

Customers may be held responsible for merchandise that is damaged through negligence or misuse while shopping.

Photography

Photography for personal use is generally permitted. Commercial photography, filming, content creation, photoshoots, or media production requires prior approval from management.

Appointment Courtesy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, we appreciate notification whenever possible.
