Dickerson Collective offers its approximately 9,000-square-foot paved parking lot in Frogtown / the Los Angeles River area for film and television productions, commercials, photo shoots, music videos, vehicle shoots, crew parking, base camp, production trucks, staging, and load-in / load-out.

Crew Parking & Base Camp
Half day minimum: $1,000
Up to 6 hours
Full day: $2,000
Up to 10 hours
For crew parking, production vehicles, base camp, staging, load-in, and load-out.
Large-Scale, Vehicle & Multi-Day Productions
Custom pricing
For large crews, multiple vehicles, trucks, trailers, extensive staging, multi-day bookings, or special access needs.
Rates may vary depending on crew size, number of vehicles, production needs, requested hours, trucks or trailers, and the amount of space required.

Existing exterior lot lighting is available.

Production power is not included. Please plan independent power needs and confirm generator use in advance.
